MEN’S SHED – Meet at The Station (building at corner of carpark) Wednesdays @ 7.30 p.m. This is a place where men of all ages can meet to work on different projects which are of interest to them, the idea originally conceived in Australia and is getting very popular. Men can meet in a building at the corner of the Railway Station carpark on Wednesdays at 7.30 pm. We are presently looking for old Black Bessie bikes and old lawnmowers etc .We are presently restoring a very rare narrow gauge wagon ,we have one experienced carpenter but require a second one.. projects planned-restoration of cart wheels,wooden wheel barrow,furniture pieces and any project which someone has an interest in Contact Stephen @ 0878550632 Tony @0872639764

BELTURBET – “FRESH WATERS”:
Representatives of all Belturbet Organisations and Businesses are offered a unique opportunity this Thursday, August 28th @ 6.00p.m. to meet and greet the famous Belfast Blogger, (Inga) . This is in connection with a campaign to promote Belturbet as a “Fresh Waters” - Region together with 3 Towns on the Lower Bann. The Meet and Greet will take place upstairs in the Seven Horseshoes Hotel. The Belfast Blogger will have spent the day looking at all the local Attractions and Historical places which she will blog about in the aftermath.
BELTURBET ERNE RADIO - will again be broadcasting from the Library on Thursday, September 4th from 2.00 p.m. – 4.00 pm. Everyone welcome to come along for a chat, to promote a business, a cause or an organisation. Artists and Musicians welcome.
